Dr Vanessa Ross graduated from the Australian National University in 2008. She subsequently completed her internship at the Royal Melbourne Hospital prior to embarking on specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. She is currently in her final year of subspecialty CREI training and is also completing the AGES advanced surgical fellowship. Her special interests include oncofertility and her current research is focused on eliminating leukaemic cells from ovarian tissue for fertility preservation. She also has a special interest in minimally invasive approaches to reproductive surgery.
