Accommodation
WALDRONSMITH Management has arranged special rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of the International Convention Centre, Sydney.
To secure your accommodation, simply complete the accommodation section of the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled direct with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may charge a surcharge on credit card payments.
Should you require dates outside of the main Conference dates, please note this in your booking and WALDRONSMITH Management will contact the hotel on your behalf and advise.
Please note that check in time is generally 1400 hours. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, it may be wise to pre-register for the evening before. If you are arriving after 1800 hours please note this accordingly.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival and therefore any bookings made after Monday 9 August 2021 will be subject to availability. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See cancellation details below for individual hotels before making your selection.
Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management – not directly with the hotel.
