Registration Fees
FSA Member:
- Early Bird (prior to 29 August 2008) - $775.00
- Standard (after 29 August 2008) - $850.00
Non Member:
- Early Bird (prior to 29 August 2008) - $1060.00
- Standard (after 29 August 2008) - $1160.00
Day Registration - $575.00
Accompanying Person Registration - $200.00
FSA member and non-member registration includes:
- entry to all sessions and exhibition area
- conference satchel and namebadge
- morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily
- ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday 19 October)
- ticket to the Conference Dinner (Tuesday 21 October)
Day registration includes:
- entry to sessions and exhibition area (day of attendance only)
- conference satchel and namebadge
- morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (day of attendance only)
Accompany Person registration includes:
- Conference namebadge
- Ticket to the Welcome Reception (Sunday 19 October)

How to Register
There are two methods of registration available:
1. Online
- Register via the online registration form. Please note that registrations online must be paid for via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Diners).
2. Manual
- Download the registration brochure, print, complete and return to the conference manager.
